We offer a range of movement based classes for adults & kids.

Acro Basics
Tuesday 6 - 7PM
Foundations class focusing on strength and stretch for better cartwheels and handstands.
Wear clothes that you can move and sweat in comfortably and bring along water. That's it!

Acro Stretch
Wednesday 6-7pm
This isn't your traditional yoga class, it focuses on both stretch and flexibility equally for better results. Training for splits and backbends, conditioning, mobility and flexibility. All levels are welcome!
Wear clothes that you can move and stretch in comfortably and bring a yoga mat if you have one.

Acrobatics
Wednesday 7 - 8PM
This class focuses on cartwheels, vaulting, and tumbling for intermediate progression.
Wear clothes that you can move and sweat in comfortably and bring along water. That's it!
