This isn’t your traditional yoga class, it focuses on both stretch and flexibility equally for better results.
Training for splits and backbends, conditioning, mobility and flexibility. All levels are welcome!
Wear clothes that you can move and stretch in comfortably and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
