Brisbane Movement Academy (“BMA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your right to privacy and are dedicated to protecting your information. We do not share your information with third parties. We may use contact information of our clients for email communications and/or newsletters. 

Covid-19

We require all patrons that enter the premises to check-in using the Queensland Check-In app and show us upon entry. We take special care to sanitise all equipment in between every class/use. As per the current Covid-19 restrictions in place we are restricted to 1 person per 2 square metres for areas open to or used by guests or patrons, all patrons must wear masks upon entry and prior to class start, and maintain social distancing from other patrons while waiting for class to start, during class, and after class.

Copy Right

The Site and the Content are protected by Australian and/or foreign copyright laws, and belong to Brisbane Movement Academy or its partners, affiliates, contributors or third parties. The copyrights in the Content are owned by BMA or other copyright owners who have authorised their use on the Site. You may download and reprint Content for non-commercial, non-public, personal use only. (If you are browsing this Site as an employee or member of any business or organisation, you may download and reprint Content only for educational or other non-commercial purposes within your business or organisation, except as otherwise permitted by BMA, for example in certain password-restricted areas of the Site). You may not manipulate or alter in any way images or other Content on the Site

TERMS OF SERVICE

The information provided by Brisbane Movement Academy (“BMA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) on www.bma.net.au (the “Site”) is for general informational purposes only. All information on the Site is provided in good faith, however we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability or completeness of any information on the Site. 

PRICING

Pricing is as stated on this Site, and are a fixed price not to be negotiated. 

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept credit card, Eftpos and cash payments. All payments are made in person prior to the class start time. Please note we do not accept American Express; if you arrange on instalments you will be required to provide your credit card information which will be kept on file and instalments deducted automatically.

LATE CANCELLATIONS AND MAKE-UP CLASSES

If for any reason a participant must leave class up to 15 minutes in to the class, they are entitled to one make-up class. The reason for leaving early must be for personal reasons, or due to injury. The class is non-transferable, the make-up class only applies to the class type that was originally paid for.

The make up class can be organised with the teacher of that class.

CANCELLATION POLICY

BMA reserves the right to cancel or modify a workshop/class at any time. In the event a class is cancelled by BMA due to insufficient registration, or trainer unavailability, a make-up lesson will be arranged and credits may be available.

REFUNDS/CREDITS

In the event of injury/severe illness or extenuating circumstances, BMA may offer refunds or credits in the case that payment was made up front.

COMPLAINTS/CONFLICT/FEEDBACK

We strive to provide the best experience for everyone that comes through our doors, however we know we are not perfect and do want to know where we can do better. We appreciate any feedback on our services, you can communicate this to us via email, info@bma.net.au. We are also open to feedback after any class, as long as if is done so in a respectful manner with a teacher/member of staff. Additionally any and all complaints/conflicts a participant may have be it with the teacher, another student, or the space, will be dealt with after class privately with a teacher or staff member.

ABUSE

BMA has a ZERO abuse tolerance policy. Any abuse directed to a teacher, another student, any other person in the space, or the space itself, will result in expulsion from the class, no refund and a permanent ban from the space.

SUBSTANCE ABUSE

All participants agree to being of sober state of mind and body before and during entering the premises and taking classes at the BMA.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

All participants are required to disclose any existing injuries that they are aware of to your teacher before the class starts. We take care to ensure that participants do not push themselves past their limits, and expect that all participants will not participate with an injury that could result in more harm. It is not recommended that anyone that is pregnant participate in any classes.
